Mondie and her team made it extremely easy to do business. She was able to provide my estimate while Rocket/Quicken was still arguing with me that my credit was frozen. Her communications were outstanding in clarity and personalized to me, not copy/pastes from a script. Mondi and her team proactively answered all of my questions so I didn't have to push to get answers. I would highly recommend Mondi and her team both for their professionalism as well as for their caring service.

It’s not fairway or the team per se it’s the nature of the industry. It’s way too much red tape and mistrust that creates so much unnecessary fees, follow up and wasted time.

Superb first-time home buying experience!! Mondie and her team were extremely well-organized, very accessible and easy to talk to, prompt in their requests and replies, thorough and helpful, with blazing fast closing speed. Fairway's rates were definitely very good, though perhaps not THE lowest available. Of course, it's more than just securing the absolute lowest rate; It's about customer service, peace of mind, and quick closing--all areas in which Mondie and her team really excel!
